The attacker tries to go for a ball the goalkeeper already got a hand on in this indoor match and paid for it by taking a hard forearm to the head. The YouTube uploader says it was an accident.

The best part of this video, however, is the fact that the referee is wearing a jacket and tie. They should do that in the World Cup.
